REVERSE DNS (PTR) Problem Exist
Hello!
I have a problem with the reverse dns (ptr).
"The system uses an alternate HELO of "vps hostname" when sending mail from the "sending domain" domain. "
"There is no reverse DNS configured for the IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) that the system uses to send this domain"s outgoing email."
How do I fix this?
(I've sensored the domains and IPs)
Thanks in advance!

rDNS (PTR) record can be set by your hosting provider. You should open a ticket with them about this. -1 -

Oh, I found the setting at the hosting provider, but what should I type in the box here? xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.in-addr.arpa., or vps hostname?0 -
Hello! I would suggest simply entering the hostname of your VPS. Ideally, the PTR (rDNS) for your server's public IP should return the server's hostname. I hope this helps! 0
