How ofter are languages updated?

I'd like to know how often are cPanel languages updated, and if there's some status panel displaying the completeness of translations. I use the Spanish es_es locale (Espa"ol de Espa"a) and it seems the translation hasn't been updated in ages. Particularly, the email accounts page, which has been renewed I think 1-2 years ago, it's still 100% in English. I know how to translate it but I wonder if there's something wrong with my install, and maybe previous language customizations are preventing me from getting language upgrades? Or is it simply not translated yet?
