Error message while Creating New Email Account

When I was trying to Create a New email account for my colleagues, I'm getting an Error: You do not have an email account named "username@domain" the actual email id showing in the error. And It is creating that email id, working properly.

  Hi @cPanelLauren Thanks for the quick replay Sure In Email Accounts 1. click on the Create button. 2. Selected the domain. 3. entered the username. 4. entered a password. 5. assign storage space. 6. selected the option "Do Not Automatically Create Folders". 7. check the send welcome message with instructions. 8. Click on the Create button. then it showed an error for that user after 3 -4 users it stopped showing that error and creating successfully then after the 10th or 11th users the same error. But anyway I have created the user's email id's I don't understand the problem.

  I couldn't replicate this on my own test server yesterday and I believe that in order to be able to identify the issue we'd need to be able to see the configuration of the server. with that being said can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!
