That's odd, I'm not able to replicate this behavior, which version of cPanel & WHM are you using? I tested this in EDGE so it could be different.

Hello @PlotHost , I am also unable to reproduce this behavior on 90.0.15. Could you try running the following command and let us know if it resolves the issue? /scripts/upcp.static --sync

Same behavior after running the command. Nevermind.

Hello @PlotHost , I'm not sure what you meant by your last reply. Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, it may help to restart the WHM/cPanel service, just to ensure that it's using any files that may have been updated by the previous command. The following command will restart WHM/cPanel. [CODE=bash]/scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd
Additionally, it may help to restart the web browser and log out then log back in. That should clear up any browser cache or session issues that could be present.

    >> Are you still experiencing the issue? Yes. I've restarted the cPanel service. Log out, log in. I tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Same issue. As it's working ok for you, I suppose there is a cache somewhere on my server...

Hello @PlotHost , Thank you for the update. There is still a possibility that something is off on the server or that reseller account. I would recommend opening a ticket so we can investigate this further. That can be done using the link in my signature, or from the following location in WHM. Home " Support " Create Support Ticket
