status pending issue

I setupped linux cpanel server on amazon aws but in service status I'm seeing httpd and exim pending what should I do can you help me please ? Thanks.

  When services are restarted, they may appear pending for a while. This is not a problem.

  Greetings. @vacancy is correct in the matter, though if you continue to see that services are showing as "Pending" after about 5-10 minutes of the server starting, then there may be other issues at hand. The chksrvd service is what reports the information on that page and it will check services on a 5 minute interval by default. If you do not find that your services report a different status even after waiting, then we ask that you create a support ticket
