Reverse DNS (PTR) - email sending IP other than server

Hello people, I've been experiencing this problem since I changed my email sending IP. Even if I configured the reverse for this IP, which would be mailserver.example.com.br, I can't solve it and many customers complain about not being able to send email as an example to hotmail. Could someone help me, I'm new to servers. Thanks!
