Do Not Install WordPress Toolkit

cPanel has decided to deprecate "WordPress Manager", and do so with a warning and disabling the plugin, before rolling out "WordPress Toolkit". Instructions are available in the WHM docs to install WordPress Toolkit manually, do not do so. Installing the Toolkit plugin broke MySql on all the accounts on the server from within cPanel. Cannot create databases, modify users, or permissions, also can't view any of these. Just a heads up to anyone considering it.
