Restriction of mobile users accessing webmail

Hi, I am in a need to restrict mobile phone users from accessing the Webmails. Is there any way to filter out mobile phone IPs in Exim? Is there any way to filter IPs of devices and provide access to such and such devices only.? Anyone who has nailed it, kindly help me. Thanks
