We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Presently, updates for releases are temporarily disabled while we continue working on a solution for the missing addon features directory. Please see the following article for more information and updates:
Update to latest cPanel 110, 126, or 128 versions removes "addonfeatures" directory.

New backup deleted after finish.

The folder backup_incomplete created whenever there is some problem with the backup process, it was not able to take complete backup successfully. It means there was some error while backup and only partial backup was possible. You should refer to the latest log file located at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup
to find out what went wrong. Removing the backup_incomplete folder does not affect the new backups.

Good Morning the backup was performed 100% 1) It is a file called backup_incomplete and not a folder. It has a date (backup start date) 2) After recreating the backup_incomplete file, the backup was successfully completed. I share my experience for those who have the same problem Thanks Marcelo

While the backup process may have completed, there were likely errors in the log, which caused the "backup_incomplete" file to get generated. Checking the logs as @kodeslogic suggests is the only way to be sure of what happened. If the log ends with something like "Partial Failure" you would need to look through the log for error messages or other problems that kept the backup from working.
