Website reverting to wordpress install page

Website suddenly not loading. Trying to submit a ticket but don't have support access ID needed.

  Hi @fellraleighSW, I believe you need to have root access to your server to be able to retrieve a support access ID for the cPanel ticket. Can you reach out to your hosting provider to roll back to a backup of your website?

  Thank you for responding. The support ticket seems to be the only way to contact the hosting currently. Is there some other way to do that? I've tried twitter, but they pointed me here.

  You're contacting the vendor of the control panel for support but depending on the hosting account you have, the hosting provider may be able to provide you with support directly. Are you using shared hosting, an unmanaged or managed VPS or something else?
