Need help whm dns configuration

Hello I install WHM in Google Cloud and need help to dns configuration. WHM root run ip x.x.x.x and I set nameservers ns1.hozto.com and ns2.hozto.com I make two external ip in Google Cloud: x.x.x.x (for ns1) and x.x.x.x (for ns2) and set it DNS zone ns1 A and ns2 A Screeshot But domain example.com not resolve to ip x.x.x.x How configurate WHM root first time to resolve main domain to ip? Please help! Thanks!
