Looks like you need a kernel update: iproute-4.11.0-30.el7.cloudlinux.x86_64 conflicts kernel < 3.10.0-793.21.1.lve1.5.20 or at least a reboot to be on the latest kernel.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I attempted a reboot and re-ran updates.. same error was received. Security advisor shows kernel is on the latest version: The system kernel is up-to-date at version "3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.38.el7.x86_64". Any other suggestions? Thank you, T

Okay, I went back to the article to try again. Interesting, security advisor and running "uname -r" gave me an updated kernel version, but running "yum update kernel" actually removed a rather old kernel version and applied an updated version... I don't know why that would be. But, issue resolved. Thanks!
