HardDisk close to full Warnings

Hello guy! We re in big troubles this days, to solve many questions about the installations and maintenance to server whm root. The system was warning every day about this problem, but the core installation of whm is on 3-4Gbs, but the disk is close to full... we ve tryed in many links to solve this, but the problem persists.
