The host name mail.www.notrealname.net does not resolve to any IPv4 addresses.
So my the webhosting company i use has just had a server failure and transfered all sites etc to another box.... i keep getting fobbed off and told to clear my cache (been there done that)
Issue is when i login via cpanel - then goto email-accounts - check email for a specific account - i get thrown to a next page which only loads half and spits a error

and fails to load to the next screen which lets me select roundcube or horde etc... i have to manually click login, i have asked multipule times why this is happening, and they keep telling me to clear cache, despite having used 3 different browsers, 3 different pc's, router resets etc...
I never setup cpanel or anything on that side... just paid for hosting, they input everything, i just made email accounts, i use NOIP for domain reg and redirecting etc...
But no-where do i have a sub-domain on noip of mail.www.NOTREALSITENAME.net - Can someone tell me the problem so i can pass it onto the so call proffessionals..?

I did inform them, they said clear your cache and they dont have that problem when accessing it... so im presuming they are accessing via remote desktop... so if someone could identify the issue here i could then relay it with detail... I've cleared my cache and stuff and the fact it happens on multiple connections (different ISP connections) and different pcs etc.. 0 -
is the error in the hosts file located on the linux hosting box thats causing this issue.. something im not able to access.? 0 -
As stated in my first post, i've told them.. the response was to clear cache on my pc.. without going back to them with clear reason that the issue has been made by them im at a loss as to how to get a result.. 0 -
Hello, Considering that this is a new server, the concern is that the hostname or domain may be redirected in /etc/hosts or in other parts of the file system. This issue does appear to be specific to the server though. Our ticket history doesn't show much for this problem. We would recommend opening a support ticket using the link in our signature such that you could provide our support analysts with access to the server. It would make it a bit easier to locate the problem that way, and then you could provide the information our analysts provide to your hosting provider.
