    I did inform them, they said clear your cache and they dont have that problem when accessing it... so im presuming they are accessing via remote desktop... so if someone could identify the issue here i could then relay it with detail... I've cleared my cache and stuff and the fact it happens on multiple connections (different ISP connections) and different pcs etc..

    is the error in the hosts file located on the linux hosting box thats causing this issue.. something im not able to access.?

    As stated in my first post, i've told them.. the response was to clear cache on my pc.. without going back to them with clear reason that the issue has been made by them im at a loss as to how to get a result..

    Hello, Considering that this is a new server, the concern is that the hostname or domain may be redirected in /etc/hosts or in other parts of the file system. This issue does appear to be specific to the server though. Our ticket history doesn't show much for this problem. We would recommend opening a support ticket using the link in our signature such that you could provide our support analysts with access to the server. It would make it a bit easier to locate the problem that way, and then you could provide the information our analysts provide to your hosting provider. We have some information on how to submit a support request
