Hi @Dhrupodi, You may refer to this post which is one of the more recent that I could find on the subject of Memcached.

Hi @ZenHostingTravis Thank you for the pointer. It's not exactly what I am looking for. That will make Memcached run as nobody. I need it on a per user socket.

Hey there, We do have a feature request on this,

However, there is no cPanel supported way to do this at this time. and while I was unable to find one, there may be a plugin available from other providers.

@cPanelAaronH Hi! Appreciate the information. Is there a way to get the plugin or maybe ask them if I can get it from them? Or, perhaps someone would be kind to develop one for me?

Hey there, I am unaware of any current hosting providers that offer this and we would not be able to ask them on your behalf, I apologize. As far as the development of this plugin, you can always look into hiring a developer to make this for you.

Thank you for your help. I have actually contacted a few of them and haven't found a solution yet. I know that it is possible, but unsure how.

You could try looking for a developer on the webhostingtalk forum, too.

I believe I know exactly what you're looking for, a few providers offer this but it looks like a custom developed plugin, ie:

You are correct. That seems like what I want. Is anyone interested to develop the plugin?
If anyone builds such a plugin, I'm interested too

Anyone following, I still haven't found anyone who could develop a plugin for Memcached or redis. Would appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction.
