Hi @Muneef, Unfortunately the IP address of the server you are using has been blacklisted by Outlook and that is why email is bouncing. You should contact your service provider if it's a shared server that your website resides on. If it's not a shared server, you should investigate why an IP has been blacklisted. You can be blacklisted if a website, for example, relays spam. You can go to the following link to request your IP be removed from the blacklist: Delist IP - Delist IP It might be worthwhile looking into using a SMTP relay such as SMTP2GO. Hope that helps!

Thanks for helping out @ZenHostingTravis "Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140)." does provide this information. You may be able to request a different IP, but you can likely work with your host to have the IP delisted.

I'm happy to try and help @cPanelAaronH. If it is a shared server @Muneef, your host should do all the "heavy lifting" such as the delisting request itself.

I'm not sure what you're seeing that isn't working at this time. Can you let me know what isn't working?

Thanks for those details. That indicates the IP address you are trying to send mail from is being blocked by Microsoft. You'll want to ensure your server isn't being used to send spam messages, and then work with your hosting provider to get removed from Microsoft's blacklist, but you won't be able to resolve either of these issues using any cPanel tools.

That sounds good - if you do run into anything else or need more details, just ask!

@Muneef how'd you go with this one? I've been fighting with Microsoft over eMail deliverability since June '20 and still no luck. I also receive a bounce response of "550 5.7.1" but the link offered by them to troubleshoot the error has additional characters after 550, which aren't in the bounce eMail, so there is no way to know which error code is triggered. I went through their Smart Network Data Services submission tool (Smart Network Data Services) and finally received an eMail from someone stating, "your IP nn.nn.nn.nn do not qualify for mitigation at this time. I do apologise, but I am unable to provide any details about this situation since we do not have the liberty to discuss the nature of the block." At one point, the Microsoft system suggested I register with Return Path (Return Path: Email Deliverability & Optimization Services | Validity) to ensure I was removed and remained off their block. That service was going to cost hundreds of dollars... I've check every eMail/IP reputation tool I've found, including the one's mentioned above, and still no dice! I like the SMTP2Go service @ZenHostingTravis suggested but I shouldn't have to go through so much drama! Sorry, I'm just venting now... Anyway, have you have any luck with this one @Muneef ?

I'm sorry to hear that - "we do not have the liberty to discuss the nature of the block" would be something I'd reach out to the hosting provider about to see if they could get more progress.
