Cannot open WHM with browser, but Cpanel I can

I have reading all articles related to this issue and I can't resolve it. I am working with CentOS 7.0. I have installed cPanel and all it was working well, but when I tried to open WHM with the browser, it returns "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT ". I have installed firewall and I opened ports, but it didn't work. I tried with " tail -100 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log" but there wasn't any line. I have to say that I tried with the port 2086 (http) and 2087(https). Any solution?
