AutoSSL issue

Hi, I am facing an another issue in my account. I have decided to create a new subdomain and when I am trying to install AutoSSL I am only getting self signed SSL certificate. But my previous subdomain and domain has SSL signed by cPanel. Any help regarding installing this will be very nice.
