The "List Parked Domains" link is gone for resellers?

Hello, Our reseller can not see the "List Parked Domains" link in their WHM, but they can see the "List Accounts" and "List Subdomains" links. Is this a bug? Otherwise, what WHM reseller permission is needed to enable the "List Parked Domains" link for them? Thanks.
