login account wrong credentials

Hello everyone, im a new client on cpanel. Unfortunatelly, todfay i cant login to my account: store.cpanel.net . I received the message wrong credentials, i tried 3 times to change my password with forgotten password link and again i coudnt to login. Please any help? Mike
