Format the cpanel?

Hi, I have a problem in Cpanel, I have all files and databases removed from cpanel. But the biggest problem is that webpage domain.com is going to this page domain.com/subfolder/404.shtml.... WHY?!?!? What can I do to make it to work right? I can't even install opencart! Thanks!
