Blocking IP doesn't work

Hello... A specific IP address is posting malicious comments on one of my WordPress sites. I went to WHM and blacklisted that IP in cPHulk. But today I see more comments from that exact same IP. I just want that person/entity/bot to not be able to load any of my websites at all. Is this possible? Thanks! George PS. I'm already using Akismet.
