Nameserver Sync

Hey hey! I would not recommend having the nameservers sync back to the web servers. In the long-term, that will just cause you to end up with DNS zones on every cPanel server, even where they aren't being managed, and that will lead to confusion. If you want to add another nameserver you'll just add it like you did the others. There's no limit to how many you can add. I wouldn't worry about backing up nameserver data. As long as you are performing backups on the webserver you'll be able to restore the DNS zones there, which will then sync to the nameserver machines.

On the webserver, they should be set to synchronize. You will want the reverse trust setup in order for things to work well. If that isn't working well, can you put in a ticket so we can check that out?
