Looking for a new hosting service.

Hi there, we are currently using amazon web service for our website. It has been working fine for years but recently it has been facing few issues like websites has been taking more time to load, website doesn"t load due to server issues and customers have been getting security errors when visiting our website. We have decided to switch to another hosting service. While searching around I found out about your hosting service. So my question is does Cpanel offer the same services as Amazon's hosting service and does it cost less then what I was paying?
