Account shows suspended but is active

One of my websites keep on redirecting to the suspended page.. I did all of the following: * Clear browser history and cookies * Flush DNS * Suspend and unsuspend * created .htaccess (had none in public_html) * Checked account_suspensions.conf * Checked DNS via dig * Checked DNS servers * Apache restart Still keeps on redirecting. What did I miss?
