Mail server accessing problem
I can't access a mail server from SSH or (WHM or Webmail) through browser from a different IPs from different ISPs, and I opened a ticket with the VPS support from about 7 hours and I still have the same issue.
The Ticket #949019
The support disabled the firewall and still having the same issue.
The last reply from the support engineer reply was saying that "Seem this issue belongs to your ISP (Internet service provider)".
Is any one had this issue before that could help!!

I've only ever seen this issue when the customer's IP has been blocked by the firewall. I'd ask for the support team to escalate the issue and you should tell them you are unable to connect from different ISPs. They can escalate the issue to the cPanel support team, if necessary. 0 -
Hey there! @ZenHostingTravis seems to be on the right track in the fact that it sounds like some sort of firewall may be interfering either from the server, the server's network, or your ISP's network. Could you try using the nmap tool to test and see if any of the service ports return a filtered status? You will want to check against your SSH port, WHM port (2087), and the webmail port (2096). More on the nmap tool can be found here: 0
