Email password reset link is not being sent

The password for our Cpanel has been lost and along with it our access. When using the reset link and providing the correct email for a reset, we are not getting the link or temporary password that we need. I've attached a screenshot also showing that I am in fact using the right email address. All spam/junk folders have been checked.

  SOLVED. I just realized that the login is the same as the server password. Facepalm.
