Notify Customers Of AvAilable Updates Via WHM WordPress Toolkit

Administrators should be able to notify users of available WordPress core, theme, or plugin updates via WHM >>> Plugins >>> WordPress Toolkit. Forcing updates for every WordPress install is dicey as the customer might for some reason not want to upgrade these. An editable template that could be sent for such update notification would be much appreciated. Thanks.
