SUSPEND Receiving Incoming Mail - But does not forward
When setting "Receiving Incoming Mail" to SUSPEND on a mail account, AND a forwarder is in place for this email account to another one, the server ends the sender a "Mail delivery failed" message to sender and DOES NOT FORWARD the message according to setup.
Sometimes a key employee leaves the business. We want to keep the webmail email for consultation of past events with customers, but we want all incoming emails to be redirected to the new person in place.
1-Allow not to bounce
2-Make the forwarder work
