why does my account say banned??

i have 2 cpanel accounts.. both old.. this one says banned.. i've never done anything to get banned.. brought this up a while back and support said it was fixed.. but here i am still banned.. not usually an issue because i rarely need to post anything.. but now, i do, and its annoying that somehow my old unused accounts are banned..
