Webmail issues

Hello I am really Disappointed with the webmail stuff. i have a cpanel and i have a Gsuite account also some mails are created over that. now i have create more mails with out gsuite the issue was that from webmail i can sent mails bt when some replies to that mail it shows unknown/ no such user kindly please help me guys
