Terminal Not Accessible

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but here it is: I was told I can find the terminal under home>advanced>terminal in cPanel. It's not there. Then I was told to go to website.com/whm and turn it on, with username (root) and password. I never set up an account or password for WHM, and I'm not sure what they are, since it's not just my cPanel login info. I was also told I could log in directly from GoDaddy, but it's only showing a cPanel login button. In summary: How can I access the terminal in cPanel? Thanks P.S.   Have you purchased a VPS server or shared hosting plan from Godaddy?

  I have "Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel"

  You need to contact the Godaddy support team to get it enabled for you.
