cPanel - Permission denied - WHMCS

Hi All, Our cPanel reseller account connected with WHMCS to the administrator the user accounts for clients. However, for some reason we cannot create or admin the user accounts and when we checked the WHMCS for server settings. we can see the permission denied. Is this something issue with the cPanel that require to change the configurations? Please see attached. Thanks in advance. Regards, Jody
