Domain Redirecting To Server Host Templates

Im not sure what the issue is here. This exact setup has work on other servers for me. my server hostname is REDACTED i have added an account for REDACTED I have files files in that directory but when i goto that domain name it is redirecting to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
