Global mail filter in WHM

I'm guessing most here have received spam email from "Eric Jones" @ Live Demo. I manage nearly 100 accounts and I think everyone has had at least 1 email from "him". Personally, I've had well over a dozen. While adding an email filter in cPanel is easy, adding a global one in WHM seems to require one to be a programmer! Why is there no easy wizard for this like in cPanel? I Googled a bunch of solutions but they all require more skill than I have. When I asked my host to do this they were happy to, but, alas, after they supposedly did so, "Eric jones" is STILL sticking "his" nose into my clients' and my emails. Is there a non-techie solution to this (other than going through multiple cPanel accounts and adding it to each)?
