PHP configuration issue

from shell we run [user_normal@hostnana ~]$ php -i | grep 'memory_limit' [user_normal@hostnana ~]$ php /home/user_normal/public_html/helloworld.php [user_normal@hostnana ~]$ /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -V [user_normal@hostnana ~]$ 94.0 (build 3) [user_normal@hostnana ~]$
this is crazy! you can see any command PHP return empty. How we can resolve?
