What will be the min storage size of HD and RAM size for installing cPanel?

Hi all, I'm prepared installing cPanel for testing NOT for production. This is my 1st experiment. Although I have been running cPanel sometimes. Please advise what will be the min storage size of HD and RAM size OS - CentoOS/Ubuntu/Debian Hard drive - SSD HD Please advise. Thanks Regards
