remove X-Authenticated-Sender or rewrite to from-address?

hi for security i always have username diffrent from email-address just now I saw exim add's the smtp-username to the email-header like X-Get-Message-Sender-Via: mail.example.net: authenticated_id: sender_account@example.net X-Authenticated-Sender: mail.example.net: sender_account@example.net can I remove this lines or better replace with from-address? for sure only for outgoing mail! and I'm aware that this username would be interesting in case of a spamer on my server but currently this is another topic
