Help setting Google Drive remote back up
Hello,
I am following the steps as explained here : How to Configure Google Drive as a Backup Additional Destination | cPanel & WHM Documentation, but what I see on my Google Drive admin is not what is described on the tutorial.
I managed to go through but I am stuck on this drop down menu, where I am ask to select an application type : Application type.png.
And my question is : wich type of application shall I use ?
Thanks.

It's a while since I did that and can't remember, but it must be "Web application" 0 -
Greetings! I'm sorry for the confusion. @quietFinn is indeed correct, the application type is "Web Application" 0 -
Thanks, I was able to set Google Drive remote back up destination, let see if it works :). 0 -
Thanks @cPDavidL and @quietFinn, it has worked, I have some back up files on my Google Drive. For double safety, could you confirm that these files are indeed back ups, and that I can reinstall a ful web site with it tar savings.png ? Thanks in advanced. 0 -
assuming that you backed up databases also
Hmmm, then just in order to double-double check, could you let me know if the databases are inside : backup1.png ? THanks in advanced.0 -

Databases are in mysql directory.0 -
Databases are in mysql directory.
Sorry, I don't get it. I simply applied the settings as shown on CPanel. Here are 2 screenshots of what I can see if I open the content of the backup files saved on Google Drive backup1.png and backup2.png. Can anyone let me know if the databases are indeed in the backup files ? Thanks.0 -

In your previous post you have backup1.png 2 times. In backup2.png there is directory mysql, that's where database dumps should be, so you should check that directory.0 -

Sorry about the confusion, here is a screencast of folder Mysql's content : Mysql backup.JPG. If these are indeed databases then I feel good :).0
