License expired
I purchased a one month license two days ago. I could not login today. When I checked my Cpanel account, I saw that it expired. I want to know why.

@mmettee - Were you able to open a ticket with our team like David mentioned? We'll need your account details in order to check the license, and the only way to do that is with a ticket through our Customer Service team. 0
