Can't Login after changed my password

I'm the new Administrator in our Company and I got the Login and password for our hosted website from our old Administrator. I changed the old password and now, if I try to Login I got the error message " These protocol is unsupported" In German " Das Protokoll ist ung"ltig". I have no idea what is the problem.
