Use same cpanel servers on multiple whmcs instances

Hi, I was wondering if I had a number of cPanel servers (3-5) and 2 whmcs instances, could I connect all 3-5 cpanel instances to both whmcs instances? To clarify, the use case for this would be to have 2 separate web hosting "brands" on the same set of servers rather than dedicating more physical hardware to one or the other.
