5 minutes queue (another process is handling this message)
hello it's me again
I would love to say everything is fine. but we are logging into exim's dark web again.
Now I know that any domain name I want can send email as a smart host.
We understand how it happened here and it's working.
but a new problem arises. When I send an email as a smart host, the email is queued for 5 minutes and then transmitted to the smtp server without any problems. I searched on google, read the topics, did some experiments but couldn't find the reason for waiting 5 minutes This is the error message I get while waiting in the queue.
Exim main log file
I sent 15 20 emails and reviewed them. Waiting in line for exactly 5 minutes, ie 300 seconds. and then it sends. it's like a rule keeps a 5 minute message. Gurus of the cpanel world wake up and help me. Please... Best Regards The world is dying. Please take a step to be more sensitive.

It is possible that you are being throttled by the smart host (3rd party bulk email provider) so ask them about this. 0 -

(3rd party bulk email provider) I'm pretty sure it's not by (3rd party bulk email provider). It queues without leaving my server. I have a monitoring panel where I can see it if there was something wrong with them. the email is forwarded to the smtp provider after 5 minutes. and also i talked to them and they said there is no mistake on their part0 -
How about without smart host? does the emails leaves fine then? 0 -
How about without smart host? does the emails leaves fine then?
a few of my clients send 250+ emails a day. this is the best solution for them. After a while, hotmail or dcc blacklists the ip due to sending too many mails, even if there is no spam. then we write to hotmail, 3 to 7 days later it gets whitelisted. without exception, we go in and out of the spam list every 6 or 8 months. Since smtp services use multiple ip, it sends without any problems. out of necessity...0 -
I just wanted to check without smarthost to see if the issue still exist then because if not then the problem is with the smarthost. Otherwise @cPRex might have some further ideas here. 0 -
Hello, tufancap! We may need to review the headers of an affected email to determine what is occurring. We've also published the following article that may offer additional guidance on determining what servers are responsible for a delay:
There is a little misunderstanding here. I am using it as a specific domain smart host. At the moment, the normal IP address and e-mail traffic are running smoothly and quickly on the server. I want some of my customers to send e-mails with smart host feature. and I succeeded. I explained this in detail. here.
