Cannot access site while ssh-ing

Hi everyone, I'm installing an SSL certificate via ssh. While waiting for the installation to finish, I went to the site previously installed on the server but couldn't access it. Is it usual or has the site been damaged by the SSL installation? Thank you very much.

  Hello maodoanminh! If you were trying to access the site while the installation was running, the apache configurations were likely being rebuilt to include the SSL Virtual Host for the domain. To better understand what is occurring, could you provide us with the exact command(s) you ran to install the certificate via the command line?
