Hello solucionesmipc2020! As you would like to do this on a per-email-account basis, you may want to establish a hybrid setup using cPanel and Office 365. I've found another forum post where a user was able to apply a similar configuration. For your convenience, I've linked that forum post below:

Thanks for your answer. I read that post and the situation is different. i am ok with emails arriving to microsoft server i am ok with emails originated in my cpanel webmail. i need to allow the microsoft server to use my EXIM smtp relay to send outgoing messages originated in outlook 365 web version. i think i can get it using some routing and transport for the specific sender. i dont know how to do it. the post you shared is about using microsoft smtp to send and receive; i appreciate your help Luis J.

Hello again solucionesmipc2020. I apologize for my misunderstanding and thank you for that clarification. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there is currently a supported configuration for this. It may be worth opening a support ticket so that our analyst can take a closer look at your existing configuration and review the Exim logs and Dovecot connections to determine further the best steps moving forward. You can submit a support ticket by clicking the "Submit a ticket" in my signature below. Please be sure to include a link to this thread when opening the ticket to track the issue. If our analysts find a proper solution for you, please be sure to post it to this thread, as it may help other community members requiring similar setups or configurations. Thank you!
