    Hello Aladdinj, There are multiple ways to improve your email deliverability. make sure you have set the rdns. proper SPF and DKIM entries. and make sure that your IP is not blacklisted. Regards

    That's a good point. The shared user should be utilizing the server's main IP, which I wouldn't think would trigger that error. I think it would be best to open a support ticket so that our analysts can review the issue more thoroughly and determine what exactly is occurring. Please be sure to link this thread when opening the ticket and provide the ticket number here so that we can track the issue appropriately.
