File size error during restore backup file

Hello everyone, i'm trying to upload a backup file(home directory backup) and restore it from backup wizard in cpanel but i get an error that says "the system restricted the upload of backup file due to its size". is there any limit for the size of backup file? can i increase the limit? do you have any idea how i can completely restore my backup without losing data? note: my backup file size is 4gb. thank you
