    Hello Anoop, Please share the header of your email. check your IP, make sure that your IP is not blacklisted and else you can also check your SPF and DKIM of the domain as it is pointed properly or not.Also, you can check your mail score from mailtester.com. Regards

    mails not receiving on external servers. so testing with mailtester not possible.

    for an affected email and provide the output here? Please be sure to sanitize any information specific to your server, such as IPs, hostnames, email addresses, etc.

    Its solved after reinstalling the exim
