Importing csv via phpmyadmin using LOAD DATA

Edit: my bad. I had to select a specific table to see that option. I am trying to find the option that allows to import csv using LOAD DATA (an option I can see on my local machine AMPPS install). However, when logging to phpmyadmin via WHM and trying to import, there is no such option. Interestingly, my local machine phpmyadmin version is 4.9.1 whilst WHM is 4.9.7
