unable to complete install on ubuntu 20.04

I am unable to complete the install of cpanel on ubuntu 20.04. I am unfortunately not able to copy and paste the complete log but it appears that there are files missing on the server when doing the installation. I have gotten several missing file errors including the one below. Going to the site directly also shows the files don't exist.
